Bought this to match with 2 - 3 kg light action Silstar rod; they are great together. The reel is also light so, the combo can be used all day. This reel feels smooth and sturdy and, while I haven't caught anything bigger than a 42 cm perch, so far, the drag has been consistent and reliable. I'd recommend this reel: it's especially cheap at this price.
