Hooked Online Sale Terms and Conditions
We are not able to offer sale pricing outside of the sale. If you purchase an item outside of the sale time frame, it will be the original price. If an item you purchased goes on sale afterwards, we are not able to reimburse the difference.
All items, including sale items, can be returned in accordance to our returns policy however, if you choose to exchange after the sale has ended the new item will return to the original price. We suggest purchasing replacement items right away to secure the sale price. If you are hoping to swap the size only in the exact same style & colour item, please get in touch with our customer service team for pre-approval.
We are not able to special order in, layby or raincheck items at the sale price. Sales price is final, no further discounts.
We are not able to hold items prior to complete payment, to secure items you will need to pay in full.
Items added to your cart at sale price during the sale will return to their original price once the sale has ended.
Any quotes or invoices created during the sale will be cancelled once the sale has ended, and the items will return to the original price.

I bought an item full price and now it’s on sale. Can I get my money back?
No, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the difference in sale price. If you are keen to snag a bargain, it is possible to return the full priced item that is unworn and in its original condition, and then repurchase the item for the sale price. Can I return an item I bought on sale?

A sale item I am after is out of stock, can you order it in for me at the sale price?
No, unfortunately not. The Hooked Online sale is for a limited time only and while stocks last, so if an item is out of stock it’s gone! Make sure you act fast so you don't miss out.
Can I layby an item for the sale price?
No, However Hooked Online does offer Afterpay and Zippay.
Can you hold items for me in store to pick up?
No, unfortunately we cannot secure items for you without payment. To secure your sale items, you can place a ‘Pickup’ order and make payment, online or over the phone with our customer service team Phone 07 55461489. This will ensure your stock is secured at the sale price until you come and pick it up.
I added an item to my cart at the sale price, why is it full price now?
The sale is for a limited time only, so if you add an item to your cart but don’t check out before the sale ends, the item will return to the original price. Keep an eye on the countdown timers to make sure you don’t miss out.
When returning items, can I exchange at the sale price after the sale is over?
No, once the sale has ended all sale items will return to their original price. To lock in the sale price, we suggest purchasing the new item right away then returning the original item for a store credit or refund. When will my order be dispatched during the sale?
We will make every effort to dispatch all orders on time. Most orders processed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday should be dispatched within 48 hours, or as advertised on our sales email.
By ordering or registering on Hooked Online.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing communications or contacting our Customer Service team and we will remove you from marketing communications. We do not share, sell or exchange any customer contact information with other companies excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Hooked Online.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order and orders will be held from shipment until security checks have been completed. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided to complete the necessary security checks. Failure to comply with such requests from Hooked Online will result in the order being cancelled and the funds being refunded back to the card used.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Most orders paid for by 2.00pm are posted same day (excluding Public Holidays & weekends).
- We use Australia Post for most orders - all parcels are sent with a tracking number for piece of mind.
- Bulky items and fishing rods over 1200mm are sent via a courier service*.
*Motors, rods over 1200mm and bulky parcels cannot be sent to a PO Box or office building due to the package size. Recipient must be present to sign for the consignment. Some postcodes may not be covered by our courier company, if in doubt please give us a call on 07 55461489.
Please note: As we use Australia Post to deliver most of our parcels, Australia Post will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Post Office.
You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from the Post Office. Please ensure your address details are correct as Hooked Online will not be responsible or liable for redelivery costs.
Hooked Online strongly recommends all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, to minimize the chance of any redelivery, delays and/or fees.
Delivery Time Frames
Most of our parcels arrive within 72 hours. We use Australia Post e-parcel with delivery times of between 1 - 10 business days, depending on your delivery location. Australia Post deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only.
Hooked Online caters for the Australian domestic market only at this time. Although we are currently looking at making this a possibility we do not have current processes to fulfil your request.
Delivery to a PO Box/post office
Yes we deliver to all Australian Post office boxes. With the exception of motors, bulky items and fishing rods over 1200mm in length. We are happy to deliver to an alternate work address if this would suit. Please phone our Customer Support Team prior to ordering Fishing Rods on 07-55461489.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
Change of Mind
We accept all change of mind returns as long as:
- It is lodged within 30 days of delivery
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories
- The box/packaging is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition
- Any sewn-in/attached labels are still attached
Do bear in mind that all postage charges are the responsibility of the customer
The product is damaged or not working properly. What do I do?
Occasionally, the product you receive may have been damaged in transit, is not working properly, or may have a missing part. When that happens, please contact our customer service team on 07 5546 1489. We will pay for the postage of the broken item back to us for repair. If it cannot be repaired, we will send you a brand new replacement. You will need to call us first to arrange a reply paid label to ensure the safe return of your item.
The product isn't the same as what was shown on the website. What do I do?
In rare circumstances, product descriptions may be slightly inaccurate due to new models being released or features being added or removed. If you receive a product from us that is not as described on the website, we will gladly accept your return. We pay for postage of the product back to us and can offer you a full refund or store credit.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Hooked Online.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Hooked Online.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Hooked Online.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Hooked Online.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hooked Online.com.au shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Product images may not always be an exact representation of the listed product. Many images are sourced from the Australian importers of the products and in some cases the image will not be an accurate representation of the product. Please refer to images as a reference only and rely on product titles, descriptions and fitment listings for accuracy.
