Jarvis Walker Black Queen 8ft 2-6 Kg Solid Glass Fishing Rod With Cork Grip
The Solid Series are just that: solid!
These no-nonsense fibreglass rods have tough old-school designs for anglers who know Jarvis Walker can still 'make 'em like they used to'.

The solid fibre glass construction makes it much stronger than tubular rods.

From 8 ReviewBy: George Marquard onI use two one with a 1000 size reel one with a 2500 reel both with 6lb braid mainly for whiting but can handle 45cm grunter fairly well
By: Adam Beissert onAwesome softer action rod. Paired with a Alvey luderick special for trout, bream etc…. Casts very well and action handles fish no worries at all. Seriously one of the best bait fishing rods you could ask for and is an absolute bargain for the price. Caught a trout around the 4-5 pound mark and I could feel every head shake and lunge a lot better than some of the stiffer spin rods around. Really enjoy using it and I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone. Am finding a reason to buy another.
By: Freddo ongreat old style solid glass rod. Sturdy and very flexible and a great rod for baitcasting for trout in bigger lakes or from shore. Good rod at a great price.
By: Roy Durre onAs an older fisho this rod really takes me back to the 1960s when I had one of the originals. As a kid I loved that rod with a 4 1/2 inch Alvey hung underneath it. Many happy hours spent on the Broadwater foreshores chasing whiting, bream and flathead. Also used it to fish for luderick off the old Mitchells Jetty where Loders Creek Tourist Park is now. THanks guys.
By: Andrew Morris onStill one of the best solid fibreglass rods around at an awesome price and the service was outstanding.
