Bone Toughfia GT Swimmer 150S – 150mm 105g Slow Sinking Swimbait

Big Casting Distance. Mesmerising Swimming Action. Built for Serious Bluewater Fishing.

The Bone Toughfia GT Swimmer 150S is a heavy-duty, slow-sinking swimbait engineered for serious saltwater anglers targeting powerful pelagic predators. Designed for long-distance casting and lifelike swimming action, this 150mm, 105g lure delivers an enticing wide side-to-side wobble that imitates a struggling baitfish.

Built tough for demanding bluewater conditions, the GT Swimmer features a reinforced heavy-duty ABS body and through-wire hook hanger construction, providing the strength and durability required when targeting hard-fighting fish.

An innovative internal tungsten ball weight-transfer system helps maximise casting distance, achieving an average of 60–90 metres under suitable conditions. During the retrieve, the tungsten ball settles into a lower chamber, lowering the centre of gravity to produce a stable, fluid and natural swimming action.

Whether retrieved steadily, swept aggressively or twitched slowly, the GT Swimmer offers multiple enticing actions to trigger strikes from predatory fish.

Key Features

• 150mm Length / 105g Weight – Substantial profile designed for serious saltwater lure casting.

• Slow-Sinking Design – Allows anglers to explore different depths and imitate an injured or sinking baitfish.

• Long-Distance Casting – Internal tungsten weight-transfer system helps achieve impressive casting distances of approximately 60–90m.

• Wide Side-to-Side Swimming Action – Produces a pronounced, stable wobble on a straight retrieve.

• Reinforced Heavy-Duty ABS Construction – Built to withstand demanding bluewater fishing conditions.

• Through-Wire Hook Hangers – Reinforced construction for targeting powerful predatory fish.

• Low Centre of Gravity – Internal tungsten ball settles into position during retrieval for improved stability and fluid swimming action.

• Versatile Retrieve Options – Fish it with steady retrieves, long sweeps, pauses or constant twitches.

• Designed for Bluewater Casting – Ideal for anglers chasing large, aggressive saltwater predators.

Three Effective Retrieval Techniques

1. Straight Retrieve – Wide Wobbling Action

A steady retrieve produces a wide, stable side-to-side swimming action that imitates a fleeing baitfish. Vary the retrieval speed to suit the conditions and feeding behaviour of your target species.

2. Long Sweep & Pause – Injured Baitfish Action

Use long rod sweeps to create an erratic swimming action, followed by a sudden pause that allows the lure to sink slowly like an injured or exhausted baitfish. An excellent technique for encouraging following predators to strike.

3. Constant Twitching – Side-to-Side Sliding Action

A series of controlled rod twitches creates a slower, side-to-side sliding movement. Particularly useful when fish are cautious or responding poorly to faster presentations.
