Laws impacting the sale of knives
and controlled items in Queensland
Regulations enforceable 1 September 2024
There are new laws coming into effect in Queensland from 1st September 2024 which
mean that knives and other items will be considered controlled items, and no longer available online to Queensland residents.
In due course we aim to implement an age verification process along with delivery
drivers or transport services to conduct ID checks during home delivery. Sales of knives will not be finalised until ID has been provided and verified.
Any knife order placed online for Queensland residents will be cancelled and refunded.

By: Brian Millane on 25 March 2023Great knife . . . but I misjudged the length I needed. I think a 6 or 7 inch blade might have been adequate. This knife is great for filleting very large fish such as gummy shark or snapper over 4 Kg. I'm pleased to have it in my tool kit.

By: Daniel Elmasri on 11 November 2021I have 3 other filleting knives but this one tops them the teflon coating makes it perfect nothing sticks to it and very easy to fillet any fish perfect length and very sharp
