Platypus Stealth Fluorocarbon Leader
Manufactured in Japan to platypus's exact specifications, platypus Stealth FC is an advanced fluorocarbon line with a refractive index close to that of water, making it near invisible when compared to regular nylon lines.
It maintains excellent knot strength, impact strength and abrasion resistance, and has a quick sink rate that will get the lure or bait down to the strike zone quicker than regular nylon lines. It does not absorb water, ensuring good durability for extended fishing sessions.

By: Gary Andrew onIt’s a good product. Platypus have been around for a long time and know how to make good fishing line. It’s soft. It’s supple. I purchased 4lb fluorocarbon and it’s super thin. This is the second reel that I’ve spooled up with it. I use it for fishing for whiting with unweighted yabbies (nippers). Love it.
